This is a series of experiments that resulted from mapping how Critical Making, a methodology developed by authors such as Matt Ratto and Garnet Hertz, can be applied for teaching and learning Critical Digital Studies. These experiments also draw from previous discussions of Tactical Media(Critical Art Ensemble), Media Arts and Technological Disobedience (Ernesto Oroza). Some of these experiments were adapted from existing lesson plans and workshops. Others were developed from scratch to promote reflections about relevant sociotechnical issues such as gender, race and sexuality representation, (counter)surveillance practices, governance.
